Marc Assaraf – Director of Tennis
With over 40 years of international coaching experience, Marc Assaraf is renowned for motivating players to achieve their highest potential. A graduate of traditional and sport sciences, he emphasizes discipline, superior fitness, and teamwork. Marc has coached top 100 ATP, WTA, and ITF players, served as National Coach for Tennis Canada, and received multiple Coaching Excellence Awards. He developed elite Canadian juniors like Carol Zhao, Brandon Schnur, and Peter Polansky and has guided numerous players to tennis scholarships at prestigious universities, including UCLA, Stanford, and Boston College. Marc is also the President of RSPA San Diego (2021–2023).
Polina Goloputova – ROG Program Head Coach
Polina is a former D1 player at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and was a scholar athlete who made the Dean’s List & the A.D. Honor Roll in her senior year. As a junior, she achieved a No. 6 ranking in Kazakhstan in the U18 division and competed as an ITF/WTA player from Astana, Kazakhstan.
Coach Polina has worked with junior players from the ROG level to advanced and pro players. She’s also experienced in conducting adult clinics and lessons. Polina attained a B.S. degree in Exercise Science and will be leading Player’s edge strength and conditioning training. Polina is fluent in English and Russian.
Daniel Green –Tennis Coach
Born on a kibbutz in ISRAEL. Fluent in both English and Hebrew.
I got my coaching certificate at the WINGATE institute IN Tel Aviv .
15 years of experience on all levels.
